The apartment is located at the last floor of new-built residential complex of Yerevan Arabkir community. The client’s dream was the Spanish style. Emphasis was put on warm colors, to which contributed the fireplace inciting to family and friendly pleasant evenings. For emphasizing the Spanish style more, the floor of the kitchen and living room was completely covered with Spanish clay tiles. We preferred milder and warmer colors for the bedroom, taking into account the border of preferences and desires, bright, warm, inciting.
