The multifunctional complex is located at new-built Parand city (suburb of Tehran) of the Islamic Republic of Iran. During fulfilment of redesign and reconstruction project of the complex the main structure was preserved. It’s four-storied with internal courtyard. The first floor is designed for public objects. Second and third floors are for restaurant complex, and the fourth floor that of office premises. Being inspired by Persian architectural style we tried to smoothen the border of the old and the new, intertwining the national and the modern.
